Phone Screen
During our call, I will share more about Blue Technologies, the opportunity, and answer any questions you may have. We will also dig into your resume and discuss your past work history
- Stage 4
Review
My hiring manager is currently reviewing your resume and my notes. I will be in touch if they would like to move on to the next step in the hiring process.
- Stage 5
Hiring Manager Interview
This is generally a one-hour in-person interview, where our hiring manager will dive into your work history, experience, and future goals. Including providing more insight about the position and Blue Technologies.
- Stage 6
Selection Interview
Our final interview, generally 2 - 3 hours, to dive a little deeper into the job expectations and to determine if this will be a good fit on both ends.
