Phone Screen
This is a 30-minute casual conversation with the corporate recruiter to learn more about you and share details about the opportunity.
- Stage 3
Hiring Manager Interview
This is generally a one-hour in-person interview, where our hiring manager will dive into your work history, experience, and future goals. Including providing more insight about the position and Blue Technologies.
- Stage 4
Review
My hiring manager is currently reviewing your resume and my notes. I will be in touch if they would like to move on to the next step in the hiring process.
- Stage 5
Background and Drug Screening
All applicants selected for hire must submit to a post offer/pre-hire background check and test for illegal drugs as a condition of employment.
